Looking at the week like … #Monday
NYC and Chill
There’s a definite chill in the #NYC #February air. But that shouldn’t stop you from misbehaving!
Friday Night Lights ... Out!
#Friday night #afterdark … time for some fun!

Vortex Cortex
January has come to an end with a record-breaking Polar Vortex sweeping the USA. It’s freeeeezing outside! So it’s a perfect day to stay inside and appreciate art, reflect on the impact and expected departure of Raf Simons from Calvin Klein and get ready for #NYFW.
RLLL
On this day, I am taking a break to see, smell, surround myself with, and contemplate in the midst of beauty. And two things that I always find beautiful are nature and handcrafted, artisanal wares ... such as my handwoven Ghanaian basket, Ethiopian shawl and Southeast Asian jewelry. Like nature, artisanal wares are stunning from afar but even more awe-inspiring up close when you consider the time and energy required to bring this beauty to life. And no two objects found in nature or made-by-hand are identical, making them inherently special.
RLLL ... RL loving life ... RL living life ... and, of course, RL loves Loewe.
Afro Beats
Today I am excited to style a presentation in the annual African Street Festival in Brooklyn NY. I can't wait to see the many Diasporic shades of black and brown skin, donning vibrant colors and patterns, sharing music, stories and cuisine ... all in celebration of The Continent and its beauty.
